1: Set your foreground to #54696c and your background to #9daaad.

Now set your foreground to the foreground/background gradient, angle 45, repeats 15, style radial. Invert is not checked.

All settings will remain the same unless noted.

2: Open a new transparent canvas 725X585. Fill with the gradient.

Adjust, blur, gaussian 25.

3: Open the cascade_colorel tube. Making sure the tube layer is active click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste as a new layer. Position to the right as in the main grapic.

Layers, duplicate. Image mirror. Position so as this looks like one layer. Right click on the top layer. Merger, merge down.

4: Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize with the following settings.

5: Effects, plugins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss with the default settings. Edit, repeat Bland Emboss.

6: Open the Sorensen_Designs Mist Nov 234-10 tube. Making sure the tube layer is active click on the bar at the top, copy., Back to working canvas. Paste as a new layer.

Image resize 35% bicubic making sure all layers is not checked. Position as in the main grapic.

7: Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize with the same settings as in 4.

8: Open the lilo8mrd tube. Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste as a new layer.

Image resize 55% bicubic making sure all layers is not checked. Position as in the main graphic.

9: Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize, same settings as in 4.

10: Open the Kat_01382. Making sure the tube layer is active click on the bar at the top copy. Back to working canvas. Paste as a new layer. Image mirror.

Position as in the main graphic.

11: Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize, same settings as in 4.

12: Open the Night Mystique-misted tube of A PSP Devil tube. Making sure the tube layer is active click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste as a new layer.

Image resize 75% bicubic making sure all layers is not checked. Position as in the main graphic.

Lower the opacity to 80%.

13: Using the lasso tool with the feather set at 50 select the dark area at the top of the tube.

Hit delete once.

Selections, select none.

14: Add any text you may require and your watermark.

15: Making sure the bottom layer is active selections, select all.

Merge all, flatten.

Image, crop to selection.

16: Image add borders 1 background colour.

17: Image add borders 62 white.

Making sure you reset the feather to zero select the white border with the magic wand.

Fill with the gradient.

Selections, select none.

18: Layers new raster layer.

19: Selections, select all.

20: Open the dmslakeframe. Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste into selection.

Merge all, flatten.

21: Image add borders 1 background colour.

22: resize as you wish and save as a jpg. You are all done.
