HERE 
1: Open a graphic of your choice or the one included in the zip file. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original.
NOTE: If using a different graphic resize to 280X425 before you start.
2: Set your foreground white and then to the gradient SN_FreshwaterPearl, angle 45, repeats 3 style linear. Invert is not checked.
Now set your background to #C0C0C0 and then to the dmssilvertile angle 0 scale 100.
3: Image add borders 1 #C0C0C0 .
4: Image add borders 3 white. Select with the magic wand feather and tolerance set at zero. Fill with the dmssilvertile.
Select none.
5: Repeat step 3 and 4 then step 3 once more.
6: Image add borders 17 white. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient.
Select none.
7: Repeat step 3, 4 then step 3 once more.
8: Image add borders 25 white. Select with the magic wand.
9: Effects, plugins, Super Blade Pro using the nk-motherofpearl.
Leave selected.
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen more.
Select none.
10: Repeat steps 3, 4, and 3.
11: Image add borders 35 with the foreground colour. Select with the magic wand.
12: Repeat step 9.
13. Repeat steps 3,4 and 3 once more.
14: Open the TCH-Tuto-Cadre1. Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste as a new layer. Position in the top left corner and apply the following drop shadow.
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
15: Effects, plugins, Simple, Top Left Mirror.
16: Merge all, flatten.
17: Resize as you wish and add your watermark. You are all done.
