1: Set your foreground #80567a to and your background to #4f264e. Then change the foreground to the foreground/background gradient with the following settings. Angle 45, repeats 5, style linear. Invert is checked.
2:Open a new transparent canvas 625X500 and fill with the gradient.
3: Layers new raster layer.
Selections select all.
4: Open the doublestairs tube. Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste into selection.
Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize with the following settings.
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Selections select none.
5: Layers new raster layer.
Selections select all.
6: Open the curtainsprecilla tube.
Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste into selection.
Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize with the same settings.
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Select none.
Effects 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings. The colour is black.
Repeat drop shadow but change the vertical and horizontal settings to - (minus) 3
7: Open the 1Patries_VR377-Bruid-paars-front-23-5-11 tube. Making sure the tube layer is active click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste as a new layer. She will be in the correct position.
Image, resize 65% making sure all layers is not checked.
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Apply both drop shadows as in 6.
8: Image add borders 2 with your darker background colour.
9: Image add borders 20 white.
Select with the magic wand feather and tolerance set at zero.
Fill with the gradient changing the repeats to 11.
Leave selected.
10: Effects, distortion effects, wave with the following settings. The colour is black.
NOTE Settings may vary with different versions of PSP.
Selections, select none.
11: Select the black areas of the border with the magic wand same settings.
Fill with the gradient same settings as in 9, but change the angle to 133.
Leave selected and apply the following inner bevel.
Select none.
12: Selections, select all, selections modify, contract by 20. Selections invert.
Edit copy.
Select none.
13: Image add borders 2 with the background colour.
14: Image add borders 20 white. Select with the magic wand same settings.
15: Layers new raster layer.
Edit, paste into selection.
Selections, select none.
Image mirror.
Merge all, flatten.
16: Repeat step 13.
17: Layers new raster layer.
Selections select all.
18: Open the rosecorners tube. Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working canvas. Paste into selection. Selections, select none.
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen more.
19: Open the tlbaydevider tube. Click on the bar at the top copy. Back to working canvas. Paste as a new layer. Position on the line in the center of the border.
Adjust, hue and saturation, colorize with the same settings.
Layers, duplicate. Image flip.
Merge all, flatten.
20: Add any text you may require and your watermark. Resize if you wish. You are all done.
