1: Open the collage image. Shift D to duplicate and close the original.

2: Image add borders 3. Select with your magic wand and fill with gold.

Selections invert.

3: Effects 3D effects cut out with the following settings.

Select none.

4: Chose a dark colour for your foreground, I chose #1e1e40, and a medium colour for your background I chose #435178.

Set your foreground to the foreground/background gradient with these settings. Angle 45 repeats 3 linear invert is not checked.

Image add borders 15. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient. Leave selected.

Adjust add/remove noise, add noise 15 Gaussian monochrome is checked. Leave selected.

Effects, plugins Graphics Plus Cross Shadow default settings. (You can use Filter Factory A Pool Shadow if you don't have graphics plus)

Select none.

5: Image add borders 6. Select and fill with gold. Leave selected.

6: Effects 3D effects inner bevel with the groove preset. I have included the preset in the zip file in case you don't have it.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen more.

7: Image add borders 25. Select and flood with the gradient. Same settings.

Leave selected.

8: Effects plugins Ulead Fantasy Warp chose a setting of your own to make the frame your own.

9: Effects plugins FM Tile Tools blend Emboss default settings. Apply Blend Emboss once more.

Leave selected.

10: Effects, Plugins inner bevel with the following settings.

Select none.

11: Repeat step 5.

12: Image add borders 35. Select and flood with the gradient same settings. Leave selected.

13: Effects plugins Ulead Fantasy Warp chose a different setting of your own. Leave selected.

14: Repeat steps 9 and 10.

15: Image add borders 3. Select with the magic wand and fill with gold. Select none.

Resize as you wish and add some corners and you are all done.
