Cybia Screenworks plugin
Graphics Plus Cross Shadow
MezzoForce Ice Plugin

1: Open the image supplied in the zip file or one of your own.
2: Image add borders 3. Select with your magic wand and fill with gold or silver.
Leave selected.
3: Effects, plugins, Cybia Screenworks Chainlink with the default settings.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
Selections invert.
4: Effects, 3D effects cutout with the following settings:
Select none.
5:Image add borders 15. Select with the magic wand.
Set your foreground to #000000 and your background to #808080.
Click on the gradient tab and find the foreground/background gradient. Set the angle to 45, repeats 3, linear. Invert is not checked. Flood the selection with the gradient.
Leave selected.
6: Adjust add/remove noise, add noise 15 Gaussian.
Leave selected.
7: Effects, Graphics Plus Cross shadow with the default settings. (You can also use filter Factory A Pool Shadow if you don't have the Graphics plus.)
Select none.
8: Image add borders 3. Select with your magic wand and fill with gold or silver.
Leave selected.
9: Effects, plugins, Cybia Screenworks Chainlink with the default settings.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
Select none.
10: Image add borders 2 black.
11: Repeat steps 8 and 9.
12: Image add borders 25. Select and flood with the gradient. Same settings.
Leave selected.
13: Effects, plugins MezzoForce Ice. Select Strong Ice from the dropdown menu and click okay. The settings are just fine.
Leave selected.
14: Effects, edge effects enhance.
Leave selected.
Effects 3D effects inner bevel with the following settings.
15:Image add borders 3. Select with your magic wand and fill with gold or silver.
Leave selected.
16: Effects, plugins, Cybia Screenworks Chainlink with the default settings.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
Select none.
17: Image add borders 2 black.
18: Repeat steps 15 and 16.
19: Image add borders 33. Select and flood fill with the gradient.
Leave selected.
20: Effects, plugins MezzoForce Ice with the underwater setting.
Leave selected.
21: Add the same inner bevel as in 14.
Leave selected.
22: Effects, edge effects enhance.
Select none.
23: Image add borders 3. Select with your magic wand and fill with gold or silver.
Leave selected.
24: Effects, plugins, Cybia Screenworks Chainlink with the default settings.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
Select none.
25: Image resize by 80%.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
Add corners of your choice and save as a JPG image.
