You will need

Rose tube of your choice
(Dark red will work best)

Gem tube

Sparkle tube

1: Open a new canvas 400X300 transparent. Flood with black

2: Image, picture frame, Select the "Edge design 01." It should have came with your PSP.

3: Click on the white frame with your magic wand. Make sure the background layer you flooded with black is active. Hit delete once. Select none.

4: Delete the picture frame layer as you no longer need it.

5: With the eraser brush clean up any odd pixels left in the transparent area. Zoom in so as you can see easier. Zoom back out when you are done.

6: Open a flower bloom tube that is no more than 220 pixels wide. Paste as new layer in the top left hand corner. It should overhang the black background some.

7: Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings.

8: Open the dmsdiamondring pspimage and resize by 65%. Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Copy and paste as a new layer to your main image.

Image, rotate, 45 to the left making sure all layers are not checked.

9: Open the dmsweddingring pspimage and resize by 60%. Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Copy and paste as a new layer to your main image.

Image, rotate, 90 to the left making sure all layers are not checked.

Arrange ring layers as in graphic. Merge visible.

10: Open a nice fancy font in PSP. Create as vector. Size will depend on the font you use. I used Zirconia set at 72. Set your foreground to gold and your background to a rich colour from your rose. Type in your text allowing it to overlap any leaves on your rose, but not the actual bloom. Convert to raster layer when you are happy with it.

11: Selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat. Selections modify contract by 1.

Effects, 3D effects inner bevel with these settings.

Adjust, sharpness sharpen. Select none. Merge visible.

12: Place your gem at the bottom left side. Merge visible and duplicate twice for a total of 3 layers. Rename 1, 2 and 3.

13: X out layers 2 and 3 and make sure layer 1 is active. add your sparkle tube twice to the gem and once on each stone in the 3 stone ring. (Make sure your tube is not too large.)

14: Repeat 13 on the other 2 layers randomizing the pacing of the sparkles and the size.

Make sure all layers are visible and save as a PSP image.

Animation

1: Open your image in animation shop. Pull all the layers open.

Edit select all.

2: Leave the frame properties set at 10.

3: View, animation. If you are happy with what you have save as a gif image and you are all done.
