1: Open a new canvas 600X450.

Flood with the dmsburgundy gradient. Angle 0, repeats 0 linear.

2: Adjust add/remove noise, add noise Gaussian 15 monochrome is checked.

3: Open the Kat_2007_020384* tube in PSP. Image resize by 55%.

Click on the blue bar at the top, copy. You can close this tube now.

Back to the working canvas. Paste as new layer.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

Move to the left side of the canvas.

5:Open the Vfirstbllomburgundyrose tube. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy.

Back to the working canvas. Paste as new layer.

Image resize by 65% making sure all layers is not checked.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

Move to bottom right as in main graphic.

Lower the opacity on this layer to 70%.

6: Open the Double Heart Diamon Ruby tube. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy.

Back to the working canvas. Paste as new layer.

Image resize 55% making sure all layers is not checked.

Adjust sharpness sharpen.

Move next to the lady tube as in main graphic.

7:Open the kjb_rosedivider in PSP. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy.

Back to the working canvas. Paste as new layer.

8: Using the raster deform tool stretch the border right across the bottom of your graphic.

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

9: Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with  the following settings.

10: Once everything is where you like it merge all, flatten.

Image resize by 80%.

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

11: Open the text. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy.

Back to the working canvas. Paste as new layer.

Lower the opacity to 50%

12: Adjust, brightness and contrast, clarify 10.

Merge all, flatten.

13: Image add borders 3 white. Select with the magic wand. Flood with a gold pattern.

Selections invert.

Effects 3D effects, buttonize. 5,5,65, black.

Select none.

14: Image add borders 15 white. Select and flood with the dmsburgundy gradient. Angle 45, repeats 5, linear.

Select none.

15:  Image add borders 3 white. Select with the magic wand. Flood with a gold pattern. Select none.

16: Open the dmsburgundycorner in PSP. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy.

Back to the working canvas. Paste as new layer.

17: Effects, Simple, Top Left Mirror.

Add the same drop shadow as in 9.

Add any further text you wish to add and your watermark and you are all done.
