You will need

Filter Factory C Bubble Cross Waves

Simple Top Left Mirror

My zip file HERE

Place the Bubble Cross Waves in your plugin folder if you don't already have it

Please respect the tubers and do not change the file names.

The selections were made using a mask from Zuzzanna HERE

1: Open the dmsgoldalphaframe containing the selections you will need. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original. Even though you can't see the selections they are there.

Fill with black.

2: Layers new raster layer.

Selections load/save selections, load selection from alpha channel. Apply selection 1 and fill with a gold pattern or gradient of your choice.

Select none.

3: Select the rounded rectangle in the center of the gold frame you have made with the magic wand feather and tolerance set at zero.

Selections modify expand by 1.

4: Open the 14924474zbMmcLipxy image. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original.

Image resize by 80% making sure all layers is checked.

Click on the bar at the top copy. Back to the working canvas, paste as a new layer.

Selections invert. Making sure you are on the image layer you just added hit delete once.

Select none.

Drag the image layer below the gold frame layer.

5: Adjust, hue and saturation colorize hue 122 saturation 144.

6: Click on the gold frame layer which should be the top layer to make it active.

Layers new raster layer.

7: Selections load/save selections, load selection from alpha channel. Apply selection 2 and fill with the same gold pattern or gradient. You may need to fill this a couple of times depending on the gold you are using.

Select none.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

8: Open the Mermaid02_AS tube. Click on the bar at the top copy. Back to the working canvas, paste as a new layer.

Image resize 70% bicubic making sure all layers is not checked. Move her to sit on the gold frame as in the main graphic.

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

9: Open the dolphin-pic tube. Click on the bar at the top copy. Back to the working canvas, paste as a new layer.

Position as in the main graphic.

10: Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings.

11: Open the fish tubes contained in the zip file or ones of your choice and add a few to your graphic resizing, mirroring etc as desired.

When you are happy with how everything is positioned, layers, merge, merge visible.

12: Image add borders 2 #30ac9c.

13: Image add borders 8 black (#000000)

14: Image add borders 2 #30ac9c

15: Selections select all, selections modify contract by 12.

Selections invert.

16: Effects, plugins Filter Factory C Bubble Cross Waves with the following settings.

Leave selected.

17: Effects, plugins Simple, Top Left Mirror.

Effects edge effects enhance.

Select none.

18: Add any text you may require and your watermark and you are all done.
