1: Open all the tubes in PSP. Shift D to duplicate and close the originals. Minimize all except the copy of thedmssweetandinnocentbg and the Kat_misted_babyinflowers. Click on the bar at the top of the baby tube making sure the baby layer is the active layer, copy. Back to the background. Paste as new layer. Position as in the main image. Lower the opacity to70%

2: Maximize the Kat_0047 tube. Click on the bar at the top of the baby tube making sure the baby layer is the active layer, copy. Back to the background. Paste as new layer. Position as in the main image with the top of this baby's head just below the other baby's chin.

3: With your eraser brush remove any bits of the tube that are on the baby's face below.

4: Maximize the Kat_0147 tube. Click on the bar at the top of the baby tube making sure the baby layer is the active layer, copy. Back to the background. Paste as new layer. Position as in the main image.

5: Maximize the dmssweetandinnocenttext tube. Click on the bar at the top of the baby tube making sure the baby layer is the active layer, copy. Back to the background. Paste as new layer. Position as in the main image.

6: When you are happy with how everything is positioned, merge all, flatten.

7: Image add borders 10 white.

8: Maximize the dmssweetandinnocentframe tube. Click on the bar at the top of the baby tube making sure the baby layer is the active layer, copy. Back to the background. Paste as new layer.

9: Add your watermark and any other text you may require and you are all done.

TIP: If you want to make your frame for a boy just colorize the background to a shade of blue you like and use boy tubes instead of the girl tubes provided.
