The Proposal

You will need

The ring tube, heartkey1 tube and couple tube is used with permission from Han. Please visit her awesome site.

1: Open a new transparent canvas 550X425 Flood fill with the gradient. Angle 45, repeats 0, linear.

2: Adjust, add remove noise. Add noise 5 uniform. Monochrome is checked.

3: Effects, plugins VM Toolbox Trimosaic with the default settings.

4: Open the Niagara tube. Click on the blue bar at the top. Copy. Go back to working image. Paste as new later. Leave it where it is. It will position in the center. Change the blend mode to luminance legacy. Lower the opacity to 55%. Move up as in main graphic.

5: Open the couple tube. Click on the blue bar at the top. Copy. Go back to working image. Paste as new later. Leave it where it is. It will position in the center. Change the blend mode to luminance legacy.

6: Open the ring tube. Click on the blue bar at the top. Copy. Back to the working image. Paste as new layer.

Image resize by 50% making sure all layers is not checked. Place the ring below the couple.

7: Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings.

8: Open the heartkey1 tube. Click on the blue bar at the top. Copy. Back to the working image. Paste as new layer. Move to the right. (See main image) Image resize by 40% making sure all layers is not checked.

Set the blend mode to luminance legacy and the opacity to 65.

8: Open the heart tube. Click on the blue bar at the top. Copy. Back to the working image. Paste as new layer. Move to the bottom right. (See main image) Image resize by 60% making sure all layers is not checked.

Right click on the heart layer. Duplicate. Arrange as in main graphic.

9: Open the roses tube. Click on the blue bar at the top. Copy. Back to the working image. Paste as new layer. Move to the bottom right. (See main image) Image resize by 70% making sure all layers is not checked.

Set the blend mode to luminance legacy and the opacity to 60%.

10: Once you are happy where everything is. Merge all. Flatten.

11: Open the dmsproposal frame. Click inside the frame with the magic wand.

Selections modify expand by 1.

Layers new raster layer.

12: Go back to the main image. Click on the blue bar at the top. Copy.

Back to the frame. Paste into selection.

Layers arrange. Send to bottom.

Leave selected.

13: Click on the frame layer to make it active and add the following cutout.

Select none.

Merge all. Flatten.

14: Add any text you wish. Use either an inner bevel or a Super Blade Pro preset to enhance your text. I used the M_Coconutice preset with Super Blade Pro.

Add the same drop shadow as in 7 twice.

Merge all, flatten.

15: Image resize by 80% making sure all layers is checked.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

You're all done!

Add your name if you wish and your watermark and you are all done.
