1: Install the plugins where you store your plugins. Place the mask in your mask folder and the gradient in your gradients folder.

2: Open a new transparent canvas 650X500 Fill with the dmsbelle gradient angle 45 repeats 1 style linear invert is not checked.

3: Layers new raster layer. Fill with #7d3347.

4: Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk. Locate the zuz_mask51 mask and apply with the following settings.

Layers merge group.

5: Effects, Edge effects enhance.

6: Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings.

7: With your selection tool set at rectangle, feather and tolerance set at zero select the inner part of the rectangle on the mask.

Layers new raster layer.

Open the dinner4two_chichimisted tube making sure the image layer is active. Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to the working canvas. Paste into selection. Select none.

Change the blend mode to luminance legacy and lower the opacity to 40%.

Effects, edge effects enhance.

8: Open the Formal2_021708 tube. Make sure the layer with the lady in the pink dress is selected, click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to the working canvas. Paste as a new layer.

Image resize 80% bicubic making sure all layers is not checked. Move her to the left as in the main graphic.

9: Apply the same drop shadow as in 6, but change the colour to #7b3145.

10: Open the dmsbf12 tube. Make sure the layer with the tube layer is selected, click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to the working canvas. Paste as a new layer.

Image resize 80% bicubic making sure all layers is not checked. Move the tube to the right as in the main graphic.

Image rotate free rotate with the following settings.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

11: Image add borders 5 with a colour not in your image. Select with the magic wand feather and tolerance set at zero and fill with silver.

Leave selected.

12: Effects, plugins Cybia Screenworks Boxed Dot with the default settings.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

Leave selected and apply the following inner bevel.

13: Image add borders 15 with a colour not in your image. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient, same settings except change the repeats to 5.

Leave selected.

Adjust add noise with the following settings.

Select none.

14: Repeat steps 11 & 12.

15: Open the sde_roxysilvercnr. Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to the working canvas. Paste as a new layer. Position as in the main graphic.

Effects, plugins, Simple Top Left Mirror.

16: Add your watermark and any text you may require.

merge visible.

17: With your magic wand varying the tolerance so as you don't select too much select parts of the design on the dress, the ear ring, the corners and on the butterfly. I used settings between 10 and 20 for mine, but do as you wish. Just don't select too much.

Lower the tolerance to 2 and select the tops of the candles and in 2-3 places in the glasses on the table..

Zooming in will help with this stage.

Duplicate this layer twice for a total of 3.

18: Clicking on the top layer and closing out the bottom 2, effects, plugins Xenofex 2 Constellation with the following settings.

Leave selected.

19: Close out the top layer and open the middle layer making sure it's active click once on the random seed apply the Constellation.

Leave selected.

20: Close out the middle layer and open the bottom layer making sure it's active. Clicking once on the random seed apply the Constellation.

Select none.

21: Open all the layers and save as a PSP image.

 

1: Open your image and pull out all the layers in animation shop.

2: Edit select all.

3: set the animation speed to suit by going to animation, frame properties and select the speed of choice in the box. I left mine at 10.

4: Save as a gif and you are all done.
