Place the gradient in your gradients folder.
1: Open a new transparent canvas 650X425. Flood with the dmsblues gradient. Angel and repeats set at zero linear.
2: Open the Image 2 - patry - hanging on tube. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy. Back to the main image. Paste as a new layer. Move to the right as in the main graphic.
Using the raster deform tool stretch to fit the canvas top and bottom and about 2/3 of the way across the canvas.
Change the bend mode to luminance legacy and the opacity to 35%.
Effects edge effects enhance.
3: Open the SS_396 tube. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy. Back to the main image. Paste as a new layer. Image resize by 80% making sure all layers is not checked. Move to the left as in the main graphic. Lower the opacity to 70%
Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings.

4: Open the BallerinaBlue-mjc tube. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy. Back to the main image. Paste as a new layer. Image resize by 70% making sure all layers is not checked. Move to the left as in the main graphic. Lower the opacity to 85%.
Effects 3D effects drop shadow with the same settings as in 3.
Repeat drop shadow, but change the vertical to 4 and the horizontal to -4 (minus 4).
5: Open the dmsbeautyandgracetext. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy. Back to the main image. Paste as a new layer. Position as in main graphic.
6: When you are happy with the positioning of everything merge all flatten.
7: Image add borders 5 white.
8: Open the dmsbeautyandgraceframe. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy. Back to the main image. Paste as a new layer.
Merge all. Flatten.
Adjust, brightness and contrast, clarify by 5.
9: Add your watermark and resize if you wish.
