The mask came from Zuzzanna HERE

Place the mask in your masks folder and the gradient in the gradients folder.
Place the plugin in your plugins folder if you don't already have it.
 

1: Set your foreground to 335d5c and then to the dmsangelmusic gradient angel 45 repeats 3 style linear. Invert is not checked.

Set the background to c4e6e8.

2:Open a new transparent canvas 600X475.

Flood with the gradient.

3: Adjust blur, Gaussian blur 35.

4: Layers new raster layer.

Flood with 335d5c.

5: Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk. Locate the zuzzanna-mask65 and apply with the following settings.

Layers merge group.

6: Effects, edge effects enhance.

7: With your magic wand tolerance set at 4 feather set at zero select the rounded rectangle in the center of the mask.

8: Layers new raster layer.

Open the dmsangelwithflute tube. Making sure the tube layer is active click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to the working image. Paste into selection.

Select none.

9: Layers duplicate.

10: X out the copy of the tube. Make sure the original tube layer is active and lower the opacity to 35.

11: Open the copy of the tube and make it active. Image mirror. Lower the opacity on this layer to 65.

12: Click on the bar at the top of your main graphic again. The tube should still be in the memory. Paste as a new layer.

Move to the left as in the main graphic.

13: Effects 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings.

14: Duplicate the larger tube layer. Image mirror.

15: When you are happy how everything looks merge all, flatten.

16: Image add borders 2, 335d5c.

17: Image add borders 3, c4e6e8.

18: Image add borders 2 335d5c.

19: Selections select all. Selections modify contract by 7. Selections invert.

20: Effects plugins Filter Factory C Bubble Cross Waves with the following settings.

Leave selected.

21: Effects 3D effects inner bevel with the following settings.

Leave selected.

22: Effects, edge effects enhance.

Select none.

23: Image add borders 12 with a colour not in your image. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient. Same settings as before.

Select none.

24: Repeat steps 16-22.

25: Open the dmsdiamondicecrn Click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to working image. Paste as a new layer.

Position as in the main graphic.

26: Apply the same drop shadow as in 21.

27: Effects plugins Simple Top Left Mirror.

28: Merge all. Flatten.

Add any text required and your watermark.

Resize if you wish.

Save as a jpg and you are all done.
