1: Open a new canvas 650X475 transparent.

Flood with the dmscarol gradient with these settings angle 0, repeats 0 linear.

2: Layers, new raster layer. Selections select all.

Open the dmsmisty rainbow tube. Click on the blue bar at the top, copy. Back to the working image, paste into selection.

Change the blend mode to luminance legacy and lower the opacity to 50%.

Select none.

3: Open the Kat_0329 tube in PSP. Make sure the tube layer is selected. Click on the blue bar at the top. Back to the working image. Paste as a new layer.

4: X oput the bottom 2 layers and make sure you are working on your tube layer.

Zoom in and with your lasso tool select around the the top part of the angel. Be very careful around the face. (See graphic) Hit delete once. Select none.

5:Open the other 2 layers. Layers, merge visible.

6: Open the dmscarolframe. Click on the blue bar at the top. Back to the working image. Paste as a new layer.

7: Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings.

Repeat drop shadow with vertical and horizontal at -3.

8: Image add borders 3 white. Select with the magic wand.

9: Effects, plugins, Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro with the chrome preset included in zip file.

Selections invert.

10: Effects, 3D effects cutout with the following settings.

11: Image add borders 15. Select with the magic wand and fill with the dmscarol gradient. Angle 45, repeats 3 linear.

Leave selected.

12: Adjust, add/remove noise, add noise 15 Gaussian monochrome is checked.

13: Effects, plugins, Graphics Plus Cross Shadow with the default settings.

Select none.

14:Image add borders 3 white. Select with the magic wand.

14: Effects, plugins, Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro with the chrome preset.

Select none.

15: Open the dmscarolcorner, click on the blue bar at the top. Back to the working image. Paste as a new layer.

16: Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with the same settings as in 7.

17: Effects, Simple, Top Left Mirror.

Merge all, flatten.

18: Image, resize, 80% bicubic making sure all layers is checked.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

20: Open the caroltext, click on the blue bar at the top. Back to the working image. Paste as a new layer.

Change the blend mode to luminance Legacy and the opacity to 50%.

Add your watermark and any other text you may wish and you are all done.
