Rainbow Yellow Frame

You will need

A dark image that will tone with yellow

Filter Factory C

FM Tile Tool Plugin

Mask KC-065 from Karen's Creations HERE
You will find the mask in set 6

Frame #2 in my "Colours Of The Rainbow" series

1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close your original.

2: Image add borders 2. Select and fill with a bright yellow. I used fbe22a. Select none

3: Image add borders 2 black.

4: Repeat step 2.

5: Selections select all. Selections modify contract by 6. Selections invert.

6: Effects, plugins, Filter Factory C Bubble-Cross waves with the default setting.

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Select none.

7: Image add borders 17 black.

8: Image add borders 2 yellow.

9: Repeat step 3.

10: Image add borders 28 yellow. Leave selected

Layers new raster layer.

Flood the new layer with black. Leave selected.

11: Layers, load save mask from disk. Locate the KC-065 mask with these settings.

12: Delete the mask layer and merge into the layer below.

Select none.

Merge all flatten.

13: Image add borders 5 black.

14: Repeat steps 2, 3, 4, 5,and 6. Do not deselect.

15: Effects plugins FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss default setting. Apply twice more. Select none.

16: Image add borders 2 black.

Add corners if you wish and you are all done.
