My forest green gradient you can find HERE

A tube of your choice.

1: Open a new canvas 300X400 transparent.

Selections. Select all.

2: Open your background image. Click on the top bar- copy.

Go back to your new selected canvas. Paste into selection.

Select none.

3: Open your tube in PSP. Copy. Paste as new layer.

Note: If you use directly from the tube tool be sure to add a new raster layer first.

4: Effects, Plugins Eye Candy 4000, Corona with these settings.

The other setting remain unchanged.

5: Merge all. Flatten.

6: Image add borders 3. Select with the magic wand and flood with a gold pattern. Sharpen twice.

Selections invert.

Apply the following cutout.

Select none.

7: Image add borders 5. Select and fill with my forest green gradient with angle set at 45 and 2 repeats.

Select none.

8: Image add borders 2. Select and flood with the gold pattern. Sharpen twice. Select none.

9: Image add borders 1. Flood with the forest green gradient.

10: Repeat step 8.

11: Image add borders of 25. Select and flood with the forest green gradient.

Leave selected.

12: Effects, plugins ScreenWorks Quad Dice with the default settings.

13: Effects, Plugins NVR Bordermania frame 2 changing the top 2 settings to 25.

14: Repeat steps 8, 9, and 8 again.

15: Image add borders 30. Select and fill with forest green gradient. Do not deselect.

16: Effects Plugins Filter Factory C Spiral 4 with the default settings.

15: Image, add borders 3. Flood with the gold fill and sharpen twice.

Add corners if you wish.
