

You will need
Cybia Screenworks
MuRa's Meister Cloud
Eye Candy 4000
Filters Unlimited 2
An image of your choice. Mine came from Alan Ayers HERE
1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original.
Resize your working image to about 300X 420.
2:Image add borders 1 black.
3: Image add borders 3 white. Select with the magic wand feather and tolerance set at zero. Fill with silver.
Leave selected.
4: Effects plugins Cybia Screenworks boxed dot.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
Select none.
5: Image add borders 1 black.
6: Image add borders 18 white.
Select with your magic wand.
7: Set your foreground to a medium dark colour from your image and the background to a lighter colour.
8: Effects, plugins MuRa's Meister Cloud with the following settings.

Select none.
9: Image add borders 1 black.
10: Image add borders 3 white. Select with the magic wand. Fill with silver.
Leave selected.
11: Effects plugins Cybia Screenworks boxed dot.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
Select none.
11: Image add borders 1 black.
12: Image add borders 27 white. Select with the magic wand.
13: Effects, plugins Eye Candy 4000 marble with the following settings.

The bedrock colour will be your darker colour the vein colour your lighter colour.
Leave selected and apply the following inner bevel.

Select none.
14: Repeat steps 9, 10 and 11.
15: Image add borders 40. Select with the magic wand.
Go to your gradients and find foreground/background and select these settings.

Fill with the gradient.
Leave selected.
16: Effects, plugins, Filters unlimited 2, paper textures, Japanese paper with the following settings.

Leave selected.
17: Add the same inner bevel as in 13.
Select none.
18: Repeat steps 9, 10 and 11.
19: Add corners of your choice and you are all done.
