I found a darker one works best

 

1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original. Resize to a workable size so as you won't have to resize too much when you are done.

Place the plugins in your plugins folder before you open PSP.

Set your foreground to a dark colour from your image and your background to a medium blending colour.

Set the foreground to the foreground/background gradient, angle 45, repeats 5, style linear. Invert is not checked.

Set the background to your gold or silver fill.

Settings will remain the same throughout unless noted.

2: Image add borders 3 with a colour not in your graphic. Select with the magic wand, feather and tolerance set at zero and fill with your gold or silver fill.

Selections invert and apply the following cutout.

Select none.

3: Image add borders 14. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient.

Select none.

4: Image add borders 5. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gold or silver fill.

Leave selected and apply the following inner bevel.

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Select none.

5: Image add borders 27. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient.

Leave selected.

6: Effects, plugins, Filter Factory D Vertigo. Change the intensity to 50.

Leave selected.

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Effects, edge effects, enhance.

Leave selected and apply the same cutout as in. 2.

Select none.

7: Repeat step 4.

8: Image add borders 35. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient.

Leave selected.

9: Effects, plugins, Oliver's Filters, Toile d'Araignee, change the intensity to 60.

Image flip.

Leave selected.

10: Effects, plugins, Simple, Top Left Mirror.

Leave selected and apply the same cutout as in 2.

11: Repeat step 4.

12: Add corners if you wish and your watermark. Save as a jpg and you are all done.

NOTE: Do not resize too much or you will lose too much detail.
