I believe the preset originally came from NK Designs, but the site is no longer there

1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close your original to reuse another day.

2: Selections, select all. Selections float. Apply the following cutout.

Select none.

3: Image add borders 3 with a colour not in your image. Select with the magic wand, feather and tolerance set at zero.

Flood with gold or silver. Select none.

4: Image add borders 18 with a medium dark colour from your image.

5: Select with the magic wand and apply noise as follows.

Select none.

6: Image add borders 3 with a colour not in your image. Select with the magic wand, feather and tolerance set at zero.

Flood with gold or silver. Select none.

7: Image add borders 1 in your medium dark colour.

8: Repeat step 6.

9: Image add borders 27 white.

Select with the magic wand same settings.

10: Effects, plugins, Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro using the sbwedding preset provided.

Leave selected.

11: Select a light colour from your image and write down the hue and saturation values.

12: Adjust, hue and saturation colorize. Add the numbers you wrote down for your light colour and apply.

Leave selected.

13: Add the following inner bevel

Select none.

14: Repeat steps 6, 7, and 8.

15: Image add borders 38 with the medium dark colour. Select with the magic wand.

16: Effects, plugins, Filters Unlimited, Paper Textures, Japanese Paper. Change the top setting to 25.

Leave selected.

17: Apply the same cutout as in 2.

Leave selected.

18: Effects, edge effects, enhance.

Select none.

19: Repeat steps 6, 7, and 8.

20: Image add borders 43 in your medium dark colour.

Selections select all, selections modify contract by 43.

21: Effects, plugins Vizros 4 lake with the following settings.

Select none.

22: With the magic wand select the areas either side of the border made by the lake effect and add the Japanese Paper as in 16.

Effects, edge effects enhance.

Select none.

23: Selections select all, selections modify contract by 43, selections invert.

Add the same cutout as in 2.

Select none.

24: Image add borders 3 with a colour not in your image.

Select with the magic wand and fill with gold or silver.

25: Resize your frame if required. Remember not to resize more than 85% at a time or you will lost detail and to sharpen when you are done.

26: Add corners of your choice add your watermark and save as a jpg. You are all done.
