1: Open your image and resize to 320 wide about around 390 height.
2: Effects Plugins FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss default settings.
3: Select a darker colour from your image as the foreground colour and a lighter colour for your background. Also select a gold or silver fill or gradient of your choice.
3: Image add borders 3 with a colour not in your image. Select with the magic wand and fill with gold. Selections invert.
4: Effects 3D effects cutout with the following settings. Vertical and horizontal both at zero. Opacity 100 blur 20. Select none.
5: Image add borders 17. Select and fill with your lighter colour. Leave selected.
6: Adjust add remove noise-add noise 15% Gaussian monochrome is checked. Leave selected.
7: Effects, plugins Greg's Filter Factory Vol 11 Pool Shadow default settings but lower the intensity to 100. Select none.
8: Image add borders 7. Select and flood with the gold or silver. Leave selected.
9: Effects 3D effects inner bevel with the groove preset. Select none.
10: Image add boarders 25. Select and flood with your dark colour. Leave selected.
11: Add a new raster layer.
Open your background colour pallet and select texture. Find the straw texture supplied and fill the selection with the textured background colour. Leave selected. Merge all, flatten.
12: Effects, 3D effects inner bevel with the following settings.

Select none.
13: Repeat steps 8 and 9.
14: Image add borders 33 with your dark colour. Select with the magic wand.
15:Effects, Plugins Eye Candy 4000 Weave with the following settings.

Select none.
16: Add the same inner bevel as in step 12. Select none.
17: Repeat steps 8 and 9.
18: Add corners of your choice and you are all done.
