The gradient is mine. Please leave the file name for both the gradient and the mask intact. Thank you.

 

1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close off the original.

2: Image, grayscale. Image increase colour depth to 16 million colours.

3: Image add borders 3. Select with the magic wand and fill with a silver fill of your choice.

Selections invert.

4: Effects 3D effects cutout. Vertical and horizontal set at zero. Opacity 100, blur 35. Colour black. Select none.

5: Image add borders 17. Use any colour except black, white or gray. Select with your magic wand.

flood with the dmsshania gradient. Angle 45, repeats 2 linear. Invert is not checked. Select none.

6: Image add borders 3. Select with the magic wand and fill with a silver fill of your choice. Select none.

7: Image add borders 24. Select with the magic wand. Flood with black.

8: Effects, reflection effects, kaleidoscope with the following settings.

Leave selected.

9: Effects, 3D effects inner bevel with the following settings.

Select none.

10: Repeat step 6.

11: Image add borders 33. Select and flood fill with black. Leave selected.

12: Layers new raster layer flood the new layer with silver. Leave selected.

13: Layers, load save mask from disk and select the swirls and dots mask with the following settings.

Merge group. Leave selected.

14: Selections float. Inner bevel as in 9. Select none. Merge all, flatten.

15: With your magic wand select all of the black areas with the magic wand in this last border that you just made. Add the same inner bevel as in 9. Select none.

16: Repeat step 9 and you are all done.
