You will need

An image of your choice

Filter Factory "A" and "B"

1: Open your image in PSP. Resize if needed to a workable size.

2: Image add borders 3 in white. Select with your magic wand and flood your gold fill.

Selections invert.

3: Effects, 3D effects cutout with the matte cut setting. Select none.

4: Image add borders 15, select and flood with my red swirl fill. Leave selected.

5: Effects plugins Filter Factory A pool shadow. Use default setting except for shadow intensity change to 100 brightness change to 215. (or settings of your choice.) Select none.

6: Image add borders 6 with white. Select and flood fill with your gold fill.

Effects 3D effects inner bevel with the groove preset. Select none.

7: Image add borders 24. Select and flood with a dark colour from your image. Leave selected.

8: Effects, plugins Filter Factory B The Black Hole with the default settings. Select none.

9: Repeat step 6.

10: Image add borders 24. Select and flood with the gold swirl pattern. Effects, 3D effects inner bevel with the following settings.

11: Add same pool shadow as in 5.

Add corners if you wish and you are all done.

Add your watermark and save as a jpg image.
