You will need

Graphics Plus Cross Shadow

Filters Unlimited.

Place the mask in your masks folder

 

1: Open your image and resize to 480X480 pixels.

Pick a medium/dark colour for your foreground and a lighter colour for your background.

Set the foreground to foreground/background gradient, angle 45, repeats 3 linear. Set the background to a gold or silver pattern of your choice.

2: Image add borders 3. Select with the magic wand and flood with gold or silver.

Selections invert.

3: Apply the following cutout.

4: Image add borders 15 with a colour not in your graphic. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient. Leave selected.

Adjust, add/remove noise, add noise, uniform, 25, monochrome is checked. Leave selected.

Effects Graphics Plus Cross Shadow. Set all the sliders to 50 except the last one which should be set at 128.

Select none.

5: Image add borders 1 black.

6: Image add borders 3 with a colour not in the graphic. Select with the magic wand and fill with gold or silver.

Select none.

7: Image add borders 1 black.

8: Image add borders 4 with a colour not in the graphic. Select with the magic wand and fill with gold or silver.

9:  Image add borders 1 black.

10: Image add borders 26 with a colour not in your graphic. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient, same settings. Leave selected.

11: Layers new raster layer. Fill with the gold or silver.

12: Layers, load mask from disk. Find the sc-edge043 mask and load with the following settings.

Right click in the mask layer. Merge group.

13: Effects, 3D effects drop shadow with the following settings.

14: Effects, edge effects, enhance more.

Leave selected.

15: Image resize by 90% bicubic making sure all layers is checked.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

Leave selected.

16: Effects, Plugins, Filters Unlimited, Buttons and Frames 3D Glass Frame 2. Set the top slider and 26 and the bottom one at 128.

Select none.

17: Repeat steps 5 thru 9.

18: Image add borders 36 in a colour not in your graphic. Flood with the gradient.

 Leave selected.

19: Effects, artistic effects Topography with the following settings.

Leave selected.

20: Effects 3D effects inner bevel with the following settings:

21:Image resize 90% bicubic

22: Repeat steps 7 thru 9.

23: Add corners of your choice if you wish save as a JPG and you are all done.
