1: Place the pattern in your patterns folder and the mask in your masks folder.
Set your foreground to #4b3921 and your background to #b68f66. Then set your foreground to
the sde_patterngold angle 0 scale 100 and the background to the foreground/background gradient angle 45 repeats 5, style linear. Invert is not checked.
Settings will remain the same unless noted.
2: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate and close the original.
3: Selections select all, selections float and apply the following cutout.

Select none.
4: Image add borders 1 #4b3921.
5: Image add borders 3 white. Select with the magic wand feather and tolerance set at zero. Fill with the sde_patterngold. Select none.
6: Repeat step 4.
7: Image add borders 17 white. Fill with the gradient.
Leave selected.
8: Adjust, add/remove noise, add noise with the following settings.

Select none.
9: Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.
10: Image add borders 27 white. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient.
Leave selected.
11: Effects artistic effects Topography with the following settings.

Leave selected.
12: Effects, edge effects enhance.
Leave selected.
13: Apply the same cutout as in 3.
Select none.
14: Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.
15: Image add borders 40 white. Select and fill with the gradient.
Leave selected.
16: Layers new raster layer. Fill the selection with the gold pattern.
Leave selected.
17: Layers, load/save mask. Load mask from disk. Locate the SNFrame31 mask and apply with the following settings.

Layers, merge, merge group.
18: Effects, edge effects enhance.
19: Merge all, flatten and apply the same cutout as in 3.
Select none.
20: Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6, add your watermark and you are all done.
