Place the twirl in your BMP map folder and the dignity jpg in your patterns

I did not make the bmp or the jpg in the zip. File names remain the same. If they are yours please contact for credit

1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close off the original.

2: Image add borders 3. Select and fill with gold or silver.

3: Selections invert.

4: Effects, 3D effects buttonize. 15, 15, 75 transparent. Select none.

5: Image add borders 15. Select with the magic wand and fill with a light colour from your image. Leave selected.

6: Adjust, add remove noise, add noise, Guassian 12 monochrome is not checked. Select none.

7: Repeat step 2. Select none.

8: Selections, select all. Selections modify, contract by 18. Selections invert.

9: Effects, Plugins, Filter factory A, Pool Shadow default settings except for the Shadow Intensity which is reduced to 70. Select none.

10: Image add borders 24. Select and flood with a medium colour from your image. Leave selected.

11: Effects, plugins Oliver's Filters Toile d`Araignee default settings. Leave selected.

12: Effects, plugins, Filters Unlimited, Buttons and frames, glass frame 1. Selections, select none.

13: Repeat step 2. Select none.

14: Image add borders 30. Select and fill with the medium colour from your image. Leave selected.

15: Effects Artistic effects, balls and bubbles with the following settings. Make sure to change all 4 setting tabs. Leave selected.:

16: Effects plugins, FM Tile Tools, Blend Emboss with the default settings. Repeat FM Tile Tools once. Leave selected.

17: Repeat step 12 select none.

Add corners if you wish and you are all done.
