You will need
An image of your choice
Filters Unlimited
Simple Top Left Mirror

1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original. Duplicate once more and minimize to use later.
2: Chose a darker colour from your image and set as the foreground and a lighter colour for your background.
Set your foreground as the foreground/background gradient, Style linear angel 45 repeats 3 invert is not checked.
Set your background to the silverbeads pattern.
3: Image add borders 2 with your dark colour.
4: Image add borders 3 with a colour not in your image. Select with your magic wand and fill with the silverbeads pattern.
Leave selected.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen. Sharpen once more.
Select none.
5: Image add borders 14. Select and fill with the gradient.
Leave selected.
6: Effects texture effects fine leather with the following settings.
Adjust sharpness, sharpen.
Select none.
7: Repeat step 4.
8: Image add borders 1 dark colour.
9: Repeat step 4.
10: Image add borders 26 any colour.
Leave selected.
11: Go to the duplicate image you made at the start. Click on the bar at the top copy.
Back to the working canvas. Paste into selection.
Leave selected.
12: Adjust blur Gaussian Blur 5.
13: Effects, plugins, Filters Unlimited, Buttons and Frames, Glass frame 2 with the default settings.
14: Repeat step 4.
15: Repeat step 8.
16: Repeat step 4.
17: Image add borders 37. Select and fill with the gradient.
Leave selected.
18: Effects, artistic effects, topography with the following settings.
Leave selected.
19: Effects, plugins, Filters Unlimited, Buttons and Frames, Glass
frame 2 with the default settings.
Select none.
Adjust sharpness sharpen.
20: Image add borders 5. Select and fill with the silverbeads.
Adjust sharpness sharpen.
Sharpen once more.
Select none.
21: Open the dmsicecorner. Making sure that the corner layer is active click on the bar at the top, copy. Back to the working image, paste as new layer.
Position as in the main graphic and apply the following dropshadow.
22: Effects, plugins Simple Top Left Mirror.
23: Merge all flatten.
24: Resize, add your watermark and save as a jpg image.
