1: Set a darker colour from your image as the foreground and a lighter colour as your background.

Set your foreground to the foreground/background gradient, angle 45 repeats 7 style linear. Invert is not checked.

Set your background to your gold beads pattern angle 0 scale 100.

All settings will remain the same unless noted.

Your finished frame will vary slightly from my original depending on the size of the graphic used. Mine is 450X400.

2: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original.

3: Selections select all selections float and apply the following cutout.

Select none.

4: Image add borders 4 with a colour not in your image. Select with the magic wand feather and tolerance set at zero. Fill with the gold beads pattern.

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

5: Image add borders 17. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient. Select none.

6: Repeat step 4.

7: Image add borders 2. Select and fill with the gradient. Select none.

8: Repeat step 4.

9: Image add borders 28. Select and fill with the gradient. Leave selected.

10: Effects, plugins, Funhouse, Twister. Move the slider to 128. Apply. Leave selected.

11: Effects, plugins, Simple, Top Left Mirror.

Leave selected.

12: Apply the same cutout as in 3.

Select none.

13: Repeat steps 6, 7 and 8.

14: Image add borders 40. Select and fill with the gradient. Leave selected.

15: Effects, plugins, Fantastic Machine's Paint Engine with the following settings.

Leave selected and apply the cutout as in 3. Select none.

16: Repeat steps 6, 7 and 8.

17: Add corners or embellishments of your choice, add your watermark and you are all done.
