This is the 7th frame in my "Colours Of The Rainbow" series.
1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original.
2: Image add borders 3. Select and fill with silver.
Selections invert
Effects 3D effects, Buttonize. Height and width both set at 10. Opacity 70. Transparent. The colour should be a dark one from your image.
Select none.
3: Image add borders 17. Select and flood with the dmsblues gradient. Angle 45, repeats 1 linear, invert is not checked.
4: Image add borders 3. Select and fill with your silver. Select none.
5: Image add borders. 25. Select and flood with the dmsblues gradient, same settings.
Click on a mid blue in the gradient and write down the hue and saturation values. You will need these in a moment.
6: Effects, Plugins ULead Art Texture with the following settings.
Click edit and select palette 5. OK You will go back to the opening part of the Art Texture. Where it says "Hue Shift" add the hue and saturation values you wrote down in step 5. I used 153 and 128.
On the pattern samples select the last one on the bottom right.
In the menu at the bottom move the slider to the bottom and select the very last pattern #19. OK.
Leave selected.
7: Effects 3D effects inner bevel with the soft edge preset.
Select none.
8: Repeat step 4.
9: Image add borders 33. Select and flood with the gradient. Same settings. Leave selected.
10: Effects, plugins Fantastic Machine's Paint Engine with the following settings. Leave selected.

11: Effects, plugins Filters Unlimited buttons and frames, glass frame 2 default settings or use an inner bevel of your own.
12: Repeat step 4.
Add corners if you wish and you are all done.
