You will need
An image of your choice
Bordermania plugin
KC-025 mask HERE
Please No scripting
1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate and close off the original.
2: Image add borders 3 symmetric. Select and flood with gold or silver. Select none.
3: Image add borders 10 symmetric. Select and flood with a very dark colour from your image. Select none.
4: Repeat step 2.
5: Selections, select all. Selections modify contract by 16. Selections invert.
Effects, plugins Bordermaina Frame 2 with the top 2 settings at 24. Select none.
6: Image add borders with the settings below. Notice we are not adding the borders to all sides so symmetric is not checked.

Select and flood with your dark colour.
7: Add a new raster layer and flood with your gold or silver.
8: Layers, load mask from disk find the KC-025 mask source luminance, fit to canvas and hide all mask checked. Delete the mask layer and merge group. Sharpen twice. Select none.
9: Repeat step 2. Remember here the borders go all around so Symmetric is checked.
10: Repeat steps 6, 7 and 8.
11: Repeat step 2.
12: Repeat steps 6, 7 and 8.
13: Repeat step 2.
14: Image add borders 25 symmetric. Select and fill with your dark colour. Leave selected.
Layers new raster layer flood with gold.
15: Layers load mask from disk KC-025 mask. Delete the mask layer and merge into the layer below. Merge group. Sharpen twice. Leave selected.
16: Effects, plugins Bordermaina with the top settings at 25.
Select none. Merge all.
17: Repeat step 2 one final time.
Save as a jpg image and you are all done.
