You Will Need
An image of your choice or the one I used in the zip
FM Tile Tools
Tormentia plugin

This contains my patterns and gradient.
Also the picture I used which is not my property. Please contact for credit if you took the original.
Before you start place your patterns in your patterns folder and the gradients in the gradient folder.
Save often.
1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original to use at a later time.
2: Image add borders 3. Select and fill with the dmsgold1 pattern. Selections invert.
Effects 3D effects cutout with the following settings.

Select none.
3: Image add borders 15. Select and fill with the dmsbeautyswirl pattern.
4: Effects plugins, FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss with the default settings. Select none.
5: Image add borders 3. Select and fill with the dmsgold1 pattern. Select none.
6: Image add borders 1 black.
7: Repeat step 5.
8: Open the dmsbeauty gradient in your materials palette. Angle 45, repeats 2 linier. Invert is not checked.
Image add borders 30. Select and flood with the gradient. Leave selected.
9: Effects, plugins Tormentia, CrissCross with the following settings. Yours may look different as I have mine installed in Filters Unlimited. Note: If you use a different sized image you will need to adjust your settings.

10: Now for the tricky part. Zoom in and select all of the gray lines made by the CrissCross with your magic wand set at 15.
Flood with the dmsgold1fill.
Do not deselect.
11: Effects, plugins FM tile Tools blend emboss. Apply plugin twice.
Select none
12: Image add borders 3. Select and flood with the dmdgold1 pattern. Leave selected.
Effects 3D effects, inner bevel with the groove preset.
Select none.
13: Image add borders 35. Select and flood with the dmsbeautyswirl pattern. Leave selected.
14: Effects, 3D effects inner bevel with the gel like setting, but change the colour to white. Select none.
15: Image add borders 3. Select and fill with the dmsgold1 pattern.
Add some corners and you are all done.
