1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close the original.

Resize your image to 325X400

2: Selections, select all. Selections float. Apply the following cutout.

Select none.

3: Image add borders 4. Select and fill with gold. Leave selected.

Effects, plugins Cybia Screenworks, Chain Link with the setting left at zero.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

Select none.

4: Image add border 2 with a dark colour from your image.

5: Image add borders 2. Select and fill with gold.

6: Image add borders 18 with your light colour. Select with the magic wand.

7: Effects, plugins Simple, Quarter Corner with the default settings. Select none.

8:With your magic wand select the black area.

9: Place your dark colour in your foreground an a lighter colour as your background.

Set your foreground to the foreground/background gradient. Angle 45, repeats 3 linear, Invert is not checked.

Fill the selection with the gradient.

Select none.

10: With your magic wand select the white area. Fill with your dark colour.

Select none.

11: Selections, select all. Selections modify, contract by 18. Selections invert. Selections float.

Effects, 3D effects, cutout with the same settings as in 2

12: Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5.

13: Image add borders 29. Select and fill with the gradient. Same settings.

Leave selected.

14: Effects, plugins, Alf's border FX Mirror Bevel default settings.

Leave selected.

Selections float.

Apply the same cutout as in 2.

16: Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5.

17: Image add borders 35 light colour. Select with the magic wand.

18: Effects, plugins Simple, Quarter Corner with the default settings.

Image mirror, image flip.

Selections, select none.

19: Elect the black area with the magic wand and fill with the gradient, same setting.

Select none.

20: Select the white area and fill with the dark colour. Select none.

21: Selections, select all. Selections modify, contract by 35. Selections invert.

Add the same cutout as in 2.

22: Image add borders 4.

Select and fill with gold. Leave selected.

Effects, plugins Cybia Screenworks, Chain Link with the setting left at zero.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

Select none.

23: Resize if you wish (I resized by 90%) and add corners if you wish and you are all done.
