1: Open your image in PSP. Shift D to duplicate. Close off the original. Resize so as your longest side is 430 and the shorter side is 295.

Adjust sharpness, sharpen.

2: Set your foreground to the dmsredvelvet gradient. Angle 45 repeats 1 style linear. Set your background to gold or silver. Whichever goes best with your graphic.

3: Selections select all. Selections float.

Effects 3D effects cutout with the following settings.

Select none.

4: Image add borders 3. Select and fill with gold or silver.

Leave selected.

5: Effects, plugins, Cybia Screenworks, Boxed Dot with the default setting.

Adjust sharpness. Sharpen.

Select none.

6: Image add borders 16. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient.

Leave selected.

7: Adjust add/remove noise, add noise, Gaussian 10 monochrome is checked.

Leave selected.

8: Effects plugins, Graphics Plus Cross Shadow default settings.

Select none.

9: Repeat steps 4 and 5.

10: Image add borders 27. Select and fill with the gradient same settings.

11: Effects, plugins Eye Candy 3.1 swirl with the following settings.

Image mirror.

Leave selected.

12: Effects, plugins Simple Top Left Mirror.

Leave selected and apply the following inner bevel.

Select none.

13: Repeat steps 4 and 5.

14: Image add borders 37. Select with the magic wand and fill with the gradient, same settings.

Leave selected.

15: Effects Eye Candy 3.1 Chrome with the following settings.

Leave selected.

16: Effects Simple Top Left Mirror.

Select none.

17: Repeat steps 4 and 5 twice.

18: Add corners of your choice and your watermark and you are all done.
