1: Open your image in PSP Shift D to duplicate and close the original.

2: Image add borders 3. Select the border with your magic wand and flood with a gold fill. Do not deselect.

3: Selections invert.  Effects, 3D effects, Cutout with these settings:

Repeat with minus settings at horizontal and vertical.

4: Image add borders 7 with #E2271B. Select with magic wand.

5: Effects, plugins, Filter Factory A Pool Shadow with the default settings.

Select none.

6: Image add borders 2. Select and flood with gold. Deselect.

7: Image add borders 1, in black.

8: Repeat step 6.

9: Image add borders 15 with #E2271B. Select with magic wand.

10: Effects, Reflection effects kaleidoscope with the following settings.

Leave selected.

11: Effects 3D effects inner bevel with the frosted setting with the default settings.

Select None.

12: Repeat steps 6, 7 and 8.

13: Image add borders 30 with #E2271B. Select.

14: Effects, plugins Filter Factory E Gradient/Spokes ratio maker with the default settings. You can skip this step if you don't have the plugin as it's just a subtle background effect.

Leave selected.

15: Effects, Flaming Pear Super Blade Pro with the N-Candyapple preset.

16: Repeat steps 6, 7 and 8. Add corners if you wish, your watermarks and any copyrights that are needed.
