New Year Greetings

This is a very fast new year tag. Hope you enjoy it.

1: Open a new transparent canvas 550X 425 and fill with black.

2: Open the PatryMists_NewYear01 tube in PSP. Click on the bar at the top, copy, back to working canvas, paste as a new layer.

Position as in the main graphic.

Lower the opacity to 70%

3: Open the 05-29-08-PatryTubes_06_Elegant_05 tube. Click on the bar at the top, copy, back to working canvas, paste as a new layer.

Image resize by 8o% bicubic making sure all layers is not checked.

Image mirror.

Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.

Position as in the main graphic.

4: Open the PatryMists_NewYear03. Click on the bar at the top, copy, back to working canvas, paste as a new layer.

Image resize 80% bicubic making sure all layers is not checked. Resize once more by 80%.

Position as in main graphic.

Lower the opacity to 80%.

5: Image add borders 10 white.

6: Open the dmsnewyearframe. Click on the bar at the top, copy, back to working canvas, paste as a new layer.

7: When you are happy with how everything is merge visible.

8: Add any text you require and your watermark.

Resize if you wish, but don't resize too much or you will lose the effect of the frame. Mine is original size. Save as a jpg.
