Tutorial was written in PSP 10 but I am sure will do just as well in Other
Versions.

Simple
This is what we will be making

Open Image - Duplicate twice and close original.
Take the first copy and resize by 50% - Simple quick tile.....Motion Blur with the following settings and then repeat Simple Quick Tile......Put aside for later use.

OK Choose a dark colour from your image and set as your background....Then choose a lighter colour for foreground......Edit Copy your Image
Set your foreground pattern to gold or silver beads Angle 0 Scale 100
Set your background to pattern tile you just made Angle 0 Scale 100
Now back to 1st image
OK Let’s Get Started.
Step 1....Select all cut out using the following settings then Select None

Step 2 ....Add 1 pix border using BG Colour
Step 3....Add 5 pix border using colour not in your image - select and fill with gold/silver beads - sharpen twice
Step 4....Add one pix border using background colour
Step 5....Add 20 pix border colour not in Image - Select - edit Paste Into Selection
Step 6.... Fun House Facet Offset moving the slider to 105
Step 7.... Simple Top Left Mirror - Keep Selected
Step 8....Inner Bevel using following settings then Select none

Step 9.... Repeat steps 2,3 and 4
Step 10....Add 35 pix border using colour not in your image - select and flood fill with your tile pattern -
Step 11.... Repeat Cutout as in step 1
Step 12....Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4
Step 13....Add 35 pix border using your dark Colour - Selections - Select all - Modify Contract 35 and Invert Selection
Step 14....Add new layer and flood fill with your pattern
Step 15 .....Splat - Edges with the following settings

Step 16..... Effects FM Tiles Blend Emboss using default settings.
Step 17..... Inner Bevel using setting as previous
Step 18.... Repeat steps 2 and 3
Step 19.....Add water mark and corners and resize if required
That's It you are all done.
