Tutorial was written in PSP 10 but I am sure will do just as well in Other
Versions.
It
has been written for Intermediate level users with a good knowledge of the tools
Tools Needed
Filters Unlimited
Simple
Toadies
Gold Pattern/Gradient of your choice
Graphic Of Your Choice

This is what we will be making

First of all choose a Dark Colour from your Image and set as your Foreground Colour, Choose a Lighter Colour from your Image and set as your Background.
Set your Background Pattern to Goldbeads then Set your Foreground to Gradient using Foreground/Background Angle 45 Repeats 5 using the Linear Setting
OK Lets Get Started
1/ Selections Select all Selections Float - 3d Effects Cutout using the following settings

2/ Add 1 pix Black Border
3/ Add 3 pix White Border Select and flood fill with Gold Beads Pattern Select None
4/ Add 1 pix Black Border
5/ Add 20 pix White Border Select and fill with Gradient using the Following Settings Keep Selected

6/ Adjust Add/Remove Noise Add noise Gaussian 20 monochrome checked then Select None
7/ Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4
8/ Add 40 pix White Border Select with wand and fill with the gradient .keep selected
9/ Add a new layer and flood fill with a Gold Pattern or Gold Gradient.
10/ Layers Load/Save Mask Load mask from disc and look for the _spiromask-2-BC
Add the mask using the following settings.

11/ Layers Merge Group Layers Merge all Flatten Keep Selected
12/ Filters Unlimited Buttons & Frames Glass Frame 2 changing the top slider to 40 Select None
13/ Repeat steps 2,3,& 4
14/ Repeat steps 5, 6 & 7
15/ Add 40 pix border using Background Colour Select with wand
16/ Toadies Weaver using the following settings.

17/ Effects Edge effects enhance
18/ Filters Unlimited Glass Frame 2 using Default Settings - Select None
19/ Repeat steps 2 & 3
20/ Resize your Image if required and add Corners (Optional) and watermark.
That's It you are all done.
