This Tutorial was written and named after my Beautiful Niece Jennifer and made up in PSP 10 but I am sure will do just as well in Other Versions.
 
It has been written for Intermediate level users with a good knowledge of the tools

Tools Needed

Fun House Faceter HERE

Filters Unlimited

Simple

Xero

Image Of Your Choice

Corners (Optional)

Gold Pattern Or Gradient

This is what we will be making

Duplicate your Image and Close off the original for future use – Then Edit Copy

Set your Foreground Colour to a Medium to Dark Colour from your Image and your Background to a Lighter Contrasting Colour

Selections - Select all and Cutout using the Following Settings

OK Lets Get Started

1/   Add One Pix Border using the Foreground Colour

2/   Add 3 Pix White Border – Select and Fill with a Gold Pattern or Gold Gradient of your choice

3/    Add One Pix Border using Foreground Colour

4/   Add 25 Pix White Border – Select with Wand and Paste In to Selection (You should still have your Image in your Memory from Previous)

5/   Image Flip – Simple 4 Way Average – Select None

6/   Repeats Steps 1, 2 & 3

7/   Set your Materials to Foreground/Background Gradient using the following Settings then Add 40 Pix White Border – Select with wand and fill with the Gradient .

8/   Adjust Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise Gaussian and Monochrome Checked Noise Set at 15 – Keep Selected

9/   Xero Abstractor using the Following Settings

10/   Filters Unlimited – Buttons & Frames Glass Frame 2 Using the Default Settings – Select None

11/   Repeat Steps 1, 2 & 3

12/   Add 50 Pix White Border – Select with wand and flood fill with Gradient same settings as previous – Keep Selected

13/   Effects Funhouse Faceter  using Default Settings – Image Flip – Image Mirror – Keep Selected

14/   Simple Top Left Mirror – Select None

15/   Selections – Select all Modify – Contract by 30 – Selection Invert

16/   Filters Unlimited Buttons & Frames Glass Frames 2 using Default Settings – Select None

17/   Add 3 Pix White Border – Select and Flood Fill with your Gold Pattern or Gradient

18/   Add new layer and Insert Your Watermark – Add Corners (Optional) and resize if needed and you’re All Done
